- To make outbound and answer inbound calls on enquiries generated from various sources.
- Good listening skills.
- Responsible to assess the lead pipeline and prioritize call tasks accordingly.
- Core responsibility in converting an enquiry until site visit.
- Post visit should follow up for an feedback call with the client.
- To ensure that key productive metrics like attempted calls, connected calls, follow-ups are achieved.
- Responsible in nurturing a lead
Cold calling. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel
- Fluency in English is essential, additional preferred languages(Kannada,Hindi)

Graduate/ Post Graduate
