  • To make outbound and answer inbound calls on enquiries generated from various sources.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Responsible to assess the lead pipeline and prioritize call tasks accordingly.
  • Core responsibility in converting an enquiry until site visit.
  • Post visit should follow up for an feedback call with the client.
  • To ensure that key productive metrics like attempted calls, connected calls, follow-ups are achieved.
  • Responsible in nurturing a lead
  • Cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel
  • Fluency in English is essential, additional preferred languages(Kannada,Hindi)
