Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5- 7 yrs previous experience as an MEP Quantity Survey Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, components, and construction methods.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
Excellent analytical skills for accurate cost calculations and analysis.
Familiarity with MEP specifications, regulations, codes, and standards.

Bill certifications of all MEP services like Plumbing, Firefighting works, Electrical, HVAC and Ventilation works, CCTV, BMS works, DG works etc. for both work orders and Purchase orders.
